Once repairs have been made to components that were found to be defective during our original inspection, you should consider scheduling this follow-up inspection. 11th Month Warranty Inspection

Starting at $290
When you agreed to terms on your new home, it was likely incentivized by a 1-year warranty from the builder. Before that first year has passed, we recommend scheduling this inspection to determine whether or not the property continues to be in good condition. If any issues are found, there’s a chance that the builder may be responsible for some portion of the repair costs depending on the terms of your warranty.

New Construction Inspection

Starting at $290
Before you’re taken on the final walkthrough of your newly constructed home, we highly recommend bringing in a third-party inspector to take a look at the property. We’ll evaluate the completed structural components as well as any currently installed mechanical systems to look for safety issues or material defects that need to be brought to the builder’s attention. This will ensure that your home is safe and sound before you begin moving in.
